Through a free, no-obligation 30-minute introductory call. Together, we’ll review what you’re already using (email, files, computer), identify the main risks, and recommend the plan—Discovery or Complete—that best fits your budget and your actual needs.

Can I start with Solo Discovery and upgrade to Solo Complete later?

Yes. That's exactly the idea: start with a solid, professional foundation, then upgrade to Solo Complete—or add à la carte services—as your business and needs grow, without having to start from scratch.

Do I have to use all the à la carte services?

No. Solo plans cover your basic IT needs. À la carte services (one-time support, digital visibility, hour banks, training, website, consulting) are entirely optional and are activated only when you need them.

Are your services available outside of Quebec?

Yes. Our remote management and monitoring tools allow us to support solopreneurs across Canada, providing the same high quality of service and expertise in the regulatory requirements specific to each province.

What happens if I go over my allotted time?

The time included in Solo Complet (support or one-time assistance) can be carried over for up to 2 hours. Beyond that, you can book additional one-time assistance at $150 per hour, or add a prepaid hour bank at a preferential rate—with no surprise fees.
